Sell out the room · Events
For event organizers, promoters and brands whose events end on a great night and leave nothing to sell the next one with.
Event photography and videography that sells your next event while this one is still fresh
An aftermovie, vertical reels and edited photos, shot to a brief written for your next campaign's ads, event page and on-sale announcement, and delivered on a turnaround agreed before doors open. Every file is yours, tagged and organized, so the next on-sale starts from real footage of a full room instead of a poster and a stock image.
The problem we solve
The night went exactly as planned. Then the photos arrive weeks later, most of them wide shots of a stage, nothing is cut vertical, the sponsors' branding is barely in frame, and by the time the aftermovie lands the crowd has moved on. When the next event goes on sale, you're asking people to buy a night they can't see.
What you get
- Your next on-sale opens with real footage of a full room, so buyers can see the night before they pay for it
- Social selects and reels out while attendees are still posting and tagging, so your edit rides their momentum instead of arriving after it
- Sponsor branding and activations captured to an agreed list, so renewal conversations start from evidence, not memory
- A content bank you own, in every format your ads and event pages need, that grows with each event instead of starting from zero
What's included
What Photo & video includes
A shot list built from your next campaign
The ads, event page and announcement posts your next campaign needs are mapped first, and the shot list is written backwards from them: arrivals, the room filling, crowd reactions, the peak moment, sponsor zones.
On-the-ground photo and video crew
Photographers and videographers positioned at the entrance, in the crowd, at the stage and in sponsor areas, briefed on which moments matter and which need to be shot vertical.
Social selects first
A first batch of edited photos and short vertical clips for your own channels and attendee tags, delivered ahead of everything else on a turnaround agreed in writing before the event.
Aftermovie and ad-ready reels
A full aftermovie plus short cuts sized for Reels, TikTok, Stories and YouTube, each opening on a hook strong enough to run on its own as an ad for the next event.
Sponsor recap sets
Each sponsor's branding, activation and audience interaction captured to the agreed list and delivered as its own set, ready for the recap you send them.
A content bank you own
Every edited file plus the selected raw footage, tagged by moment, format and orientation, and handed over for any future campaign, event page or sponsor deck.
How it works
How we work with you
Diagnose the job
Agree what the content has to sell after the day (the next edition, a sponsor renewal, a product launch) and which ads, posts and pages it will feed.
Prioritize the shots
Turn the run of show into a ranked shot list, crew positions, sponsor obligations and a delivery order, all signed off before the day.
Deploy the crew
Photo and video on the ground from doors to close, shooting to the list, with social selects edited first while the event is still fresh.
Measure what sells
Run each cut as its own ad and put the strongest on your event page. When tickets sell through Publeca, confirmed bookings are reported to Meta and Google with their value, so you can see which clip's ad brings buyers, not just views.
Scale the library
Every file lands in your content bank, tagged and ready, so the winning footage leads the next on-sale and each event adds to what you can use.

Questions
Photo & video: what buyers ask
Who owns the photos and footage?
You do. Edited files and the selected raw footage are delivered to you to use in ads, on event pages, in sponsor recaps and in future campaigns. Usage and ownership are written into the agreement before the event, so there is no question afterward.
How quickly will we get the photos and the aftermovie?
The turnaround is agreed in writing before the event, because it depends on the size of the event and the edit. The order is always the same: social selects first, while attendees are still posting, then reels, then the full aftermovie and photo set.
Can you cover our event if someone else runs the marketing?
Yes. Share the next campaign plan, yours or your agency's, and the shot list is built to feed it. If Publeca also runs your event marketing, the people planning the ads brief the crew directly, so nothing is lost between the shoot and the campaign.
Is this only for concerts and festivals?
No. Conferences, product launches, corporate events and brand activations work the same way. Whatever the content has to do after the day, whether that is selling the next edition, giving sponsors proof or launching the next product, the shot list is built around it.
