Know where to grow · Growth Consulting
For directors, CEOs and founders whose business works, whose next stage of growth could come from several directions, and who have no senior operator to choose the right one and see it through.
Growth consulting that finds the growth bet that pays, then embeds a senior operator to deliver it
Every credible growth opportunity is ranked by expected revenue, cost and risk, so you fund the one that pays first. Unlike growth consulting that stops at the recommendation, a forward-deployed growth executive then owns the plan, directs our marketing, engineering and analytics teams to deliver it, and reports the result in revenue and margin every week.
Fixed fee. About three weeks. Ends with a 90-day plan.
The problem we solve
You can name five ways the business could grow: a new market, a new product line, more ad spend, a better website, a sales hire. Each one has someone telling you it is the answer. Consultants have left you a deck nobody executed, agencies have executed without a plan, and the decision still lands on your desk with no senior person whose job is to get it right.
What you get
- A clear decision on where the next stage of growth comes from, backed by a financial model your leadership team can challenge line by line.
- One accountable owner for growth: a senior operator responsible for the plan and its results, without the cost and risk of a full-time C-level hire.
- Budget and team time moved to the opportunities with the strongest expected return, and away from activity nobody can tie to revenue.
- Results your team can sustain after the engagement, because the tracking, systems and playbooks that produced them stay with your company.

The opportunity map. Every realistic option ranked by financial impact, effort and risk. The top three become a 90-day plan with a named owner each.
Options that don't survive the numbers are dropped in writing, with the reason.
Weekly read-out
Week 6
What moved
Search ads on buying-intent terms: cost per sale fell for the second week running.
What didn't
The referral offer: few referrals so far, so it stops on Friday as agreed.
What changes next
Budget moves from broad social to search. The checkout fix ships on Tuesday.
Data incomplete: phone orders aren't tracked yet, so sales totals read low.
The weekly read-out. In plain language, every week: what moved, what didn't, and what changes next.
Every read-out states plainly where the data is incomplete.
Fixed fee. About three weeks. Ends with a 90-day plan.
What's included
What Growth consulting includes
Growth diagnostic and opportunity map
A structured review of your market, customers, funnel, pricing, unit economics and data quality, finished with a map of every credible growth lever, each sized by expected revenue, cost, effort and risk.
Financial model of your growth levers
A model your finance lead can audit, showing what each lever is expected to add to revenue and margin, what it costs, and which assumptions it rests on, so the choice is argued in numbers rather than opinions.
A 90-day growth plan, agreed with leadership
The top-ranked opportunities turned into a quarter of work: owners, budgets, milestones and the specific metrics that decide whether each bet continues or stops.
A forward-deployed growth executive
A senior growth operator embedded with your team, on-site or remote, who owns the plan, sits in your leadership meetings and directs our Marketing & Brand, Engineering and Analytics & Data Science departments to execute it.
Measurement before spend scales
Conversion tracking and a revenue dashboard go live before budgets grow, set up by our Analytics & Data Science department, so every initiative is judged on sales and margin, not clicks or impressions.
Weekly read-outs and a monthly board report
A short, plain-language update every week on what moved, what stalled and what changes next, plus a monthly report written for your board or investors.
How it works
How we work with you
Diagnose
Find where growth will actually come from: interviews with leadership and customers, a review of your funnel, pricing, unit economics and data, and a frank account of what is holding growth back.
Prioritize
Rank every opportunity by financial impact, effort and risk, then agree a 90-day plan with leadership. Bets that do not survive the numbers are dropped in writing, with the reason.
Deploy
Your forward-deployed growth executive takes ownership of the plan and brings in the specialists it needs, from brand and paid media to web, software and AI, all from our own departments and under one point of accountability.
Measure
Tracking is live before budgets grow. Each week you see results against the plan in plain language, and decisions are made on revenue and margin rather than reported activity.
Scale
Double down on what the numbers prove. Build the systems, software and AI automation that make it repeatable, and hand your team the playbooks so the gains outlast the engagement.
Who it's for
Built around the people we work with
Directors & CEOs
Know which growth opportunity is worth your money, then get a senior executive who delivers it and reports in plain English.
Technical founders
Keep 100% of your equity: a growth team that runs positioning, demand and tracking instead of a business co-founder.
Investors & VCs
A senior growth team portfolio companies can call on: faster than a hire, more accountable than an agency, reported in plain terms.
Questions
Growth consulting: what buyers ask
How is this different from hiring a management consulting firm?
A typical management consulting engagement ends with recommendations for your team to carry out. Ours continues into execution: the firm that diagnoses the opportunity also deploys a growth executive and the marketing, engineering and analytics specialists to deliver it, and is measured on the result rather than the report.
What is a forward-deployed growth executive, and do we need one full-time?
A senior growth operator who works inside your company, on-site or remotely, owns the growth plan and directs our specialist teams. Not necessarily full-time: the level of involvement is agreed with you and changes as the plan does. You get the judgment of a senior growth leader without recruiting a full-time C-level hire or giving up the equity a growth co-founder would expect.
Where does an engagement start?
With the Growth Diagnostic: a fixed-fee engagement of about three weeks that produces an opportunity map, a financial model of your growth levers and a 90-day plan presented to your leadership. You can run the plan with your own team, or have us deploy to deliver it.
We already have an agency and an internal marketing team. Do they get replaced?
Not by default. The diagnostic assesses what each team and agency is delivering against revenue. Where they perform, the growth executive directs and supports them; where there is a gap, our departments fill it. The goal is the strongest combination for your business, not the largest scope for us.
