Be found and chosen · Marketing & Brand

For directors, CEOs and technical founders whose company has outgrown its brand: the business is stronger than its logo, website and sales deck make it look.

Branding that earns trust at first glance, supports premium pricing and attracts better candidates

Buyers, candidates and investors decide how established you are before they read a word. You get branding built on clear positioning: an identity and a voice that make the company look and sound like the serious option everywhere buyers and candidates meet you, from the first ad to the signed contract.

The problem we solve

The company has grown but the brand hasn't. Prospects assume you're the cheaper option because you look smaller than competitors you outperform, your team apologizes for the deck before presenting it, every agency and new hire designs things their own way, and strong candidates pick employers that simply look more established.

What you get

  • Prospects take you seriously from the first contact, so sales conversations start on value instead of on proving you're credible.
  • Prices that hold: a brand that looks and sounds like the premium choice gives your team grounds to defend the price instead of discounting to win.
  • Stronger hiring: candidates see an employer worth joining before the interview, and your offers compete with larger, better-known companies.
  • Consistency without policing it: every team, agency and freelancer produces on-brand work from one set of rules and ready-made templates.

What's included

What Branding includes

Brand strategy and positioning

Who you serve, the problem you own, why buyers should choose you over the alternatives, and the price position the brand has to support. Agreed with leadership in writing before any design starts.

Identity system

Logo or logo refinement, color, typography, imagery and layout rules built as a system, then proven on the places it has to work: a phone screen, a sales deck, a social ad, signage and a proposal cover.

Verbal identity and voice

A one-line positioning statement, key messages for each audience, tone-of-voice rules and before-and-after rewrites of your real copy, so proposals, job ads and the website all sound like one company.

Guidelines and templates

A practical guidelines document plus editable templates for decks, proposals, social posts, email signatures and job ads, so your people and agencies apply the brand correctly without asking.

Rollout across touchpoints

Website, sales materials, social profiles, ads, signage and recruitment pages, ranked by where buyers and candidates meet you first. Our marketing & brand and engineering teams can execute the rollout and retire old assets, not just add new ones.

Measured brand impact

Our analytics & data science team baselines the signals a brand should move before launch: branded search, direct traffic, conversion on key pages and proposal win rate. You see whether the rebrand paid off, not just whether people liked it.

How it works

How we work with you

Stage 01

Diagnose: where the brand costs you

Interviews with leadership, customers and recent hires, plus an audit of every touchpoint and of how competitors present themselves. The output is a clear view of where the current brand is costing you trust, price or talent.

Stage 02

Prioritize: positioning before design

Agree the audiences, positioning and price position the brand must support, rank the places buyers and candidates meet you first, and decide whether you need a refresh or a full rebrand. Nothing is designed until leadership signs this off.

Stage 03

Deploy: design on real material, then roll out

Identity and voice are developed together and tested on your real homepage, deck and an ad rather than mood boards, then rolled out with guidelines and templates in priority order, executed by our marketing & brand and engineering teams or handed to yours with clear instructions.

Stage 04

Measure: before and after launch

Baselines taken before launch, then plain-language read-outs on branded search, direct traffic, site conversion and win rate after it.

Stage 05

Scale: one system as you grow

Extend what the read-outs show is working to new products, markets and campaigns from the same system, updating guidelines and templates as gaps appear so the brand stays consistent as the company and team grow.

Questions

Branding: what buyers ask

Do we need a full rebrand, or just a refresh?

Often a refresh. If your name and mark already carry recognition, keep them and fix what is actually costing you, which is usually positioning, messaging and consistency rather than the logo. The diagnosis answers this before you commit to the larger project.

How will we know the rebrand paid for itself?

Agree up front what it should change, such as proposal win rate, how often your team discounts to win, or the number of qualified job applicants. Before launch, our Analytics & Data Science team records those figures alongside searches for your company name, direct traffic and site conversion. After launch it reports the change next to anything else that moved in the same period, such as new campaigns or seasonality, so you judge the effect on evidence instead of assuming it.

I'm a technical founder. Isn't branding just a logo I can sort out later?

The logo is the smallest part. The real cost of a weak brand is explaining your product from scratch on every call and losing deals to less capable competitors that look more established. Positioning and voice fix that, and they shape your website, deck and launch copy as well.

What happens after the guidelines are delivered?

That is where many brand projects stall: the guidelines sit in a folder while old templates keep circulating. We roll the brand out across your website, sales materials, social profiles and ads, with our own engineering team handling the site, and replace the old assets rather than leaving both in use.
